2. Be careful to give details during the purchase or request of the service or during the establishment of a project in order to get the fair price by service providers.
3. Provide information and answers if the service provider asks questions or inquiries about the service or project.
4. Please be careful to follow up on your alerts on the site and on your email after ordering or purchasing the service or project so that the service or project can be done as soon as possible.
5. The provider must complete the service you have purchased from the site and he will not be due to amount until after the completion of the service or project that you have purchased.
6. After you have received the service or project, please look at it and then you must click on the project delivery icon from the site in order for the service provider to be eligible for the amount paid.
7. In case the service provider does not complete the service or project, you can file a complaint note from the site in this regard and E-Service will guarantee you your right in this regard either return the full amount or some amount or transfer you to another provider to complete the service or project this depends on what the management deems appropriate after looking at the details of the complaint.
8. E-Service website undertakes to the user or the applicant of the service to return the full amount in case the provider does not complete the service or the completion of the service or project is too bad so that the user does not benefit from the service or project.
